Faulty shoe and rude manager

Hi<br> <br> I bought a pair of Alexander Mcqueen Sneakers on friday the 1st of May 2015 which i wore only once and when i tried to clean them so i can wear them again on wednesday the 6th of may suede at the front started changing colour then i stopped immediately<br> <br> I went to the store to return the faulty sneaker and all i wanted was an exchange not a refund, gentle man tried to help me with my issue until his rude manager interrupted the process, she was very rude and no where in our conversation was she trying to understand my query as the customer or try to assist me instead she was more eager to show me she is boss and was not going to help me<br> <br> The shoes cost more than a R1000 and i do not expect them to wear off in a week or be treated with such disrespect, More than the faulty shoe i was angered by the low level of service i was given by this manager, who did not greet, did not introduce her self and lastly refused to provide her surname <br> <br> Regards,<br> Sean
