False advertising and empty promises

I bought shoes online which they falsely advertised as upper leather but when I received them it was synthetic...i emailed them and they offered a voucher...when I tried to use it ,it was invalid. I sent an email....it's been more than 24hrs they are not responding.....false advertising and empty promises
