Dropping quality of Puma

I have purchased from PUMA for almost 10 years now because of their quality but recently the quality is pathetic. The last 2 incidents were the last straw. The one shoe the stitching was substandard ,was requested to return the shoe but I liked it and it was the last one. I was then given a percentage off ,I then proceeded to ordering another shoe on the inside of the tongue another flaw in the stitching I was then asked to yet again to return.I was faced with predicament of the shoe being the last one.
