Don't waste your time trying to exchange items!

I would give zero if it was an option. I ordered a Puma bikini online and the bottoms were too small. I was told I can not exchange it for a smaller size even though the sticker over the private part and the tags were all still in order. This is totally against the law and the audacity to tell me that I must make sure I order the right size? Online? When no shops near me has the product, how must I have known that in Puma sizes apparently I am a different size! After being a long time Puma supporter, I will NEVER purchase anything from them again!
