Disgusting service from GOOF*****!!!

Pleaced an order and paid for it on 3rd October. Now almost a week later they stocll cannot telll me where my order is. They say it was delivered to the courier company on the same day. I have called them multiple times and they keep telling me they will call me back but they never do. They say that they are waiting for d=feedback from the couirer. Tjis is the worst customer service experinece ever. What a bunch of GOOFBAALS!!!!
