Disgusting Assistant Manager

Yesterday I was at Puma ( Palm Centre) bought products from your store and asked the cashier how do you go about in applying for a job? And he said that the person can come in to drop off their CV. I then let my brother know about the information. All the way from Pretoria he came to submit and finds a lady by the name of Antonette, she is not the manager I believe and gives him attitude and that she is going to throw the CV in the dust bin! is this how your staff is trained to help the need? Especially for a person that travelled all the way from Pretoria to Boksburg? And also looking how employment is a scarcity. When I called she said she was joking, we are talking about travel costs and time, those are the things you don't play with. I am really disgusted, he used his only money for this opportunity and he was looked down on, I believe you don’t turn a person away. And believe me we are one of your biggest clients. No Values are being practiced in PUMA!
