Disappointing Experience with Puma PWRTrainer Sneakers and PUMA SPORTS DISTRIBUTORS (PTY) LTD

I purchased the Puma PWRTrainer sneakers in early July, expecting the quality Puma is known for. However, despite only wearing them a few days at the office and not for any workout or strenuous activity, the sneakers started showing signs of wear and tear just over a week after I began using them.

I attempted to report the issue to Puma through multiple calls and emails to *** and ***. My wife even visited the Puma shop in Greenstone for assistance, but they were unable to help since the purchase was made online. This policy doesn’t make sense to me.

Finally, on August 6th, after days of frustration, we received a call from a Puma agent who advised us to take the sneakers to Legit Greenstone, where they would be picked up for assessment. We were told that they would communicate with us soon regarding a refund or replacement, but to this day, we haven't heard anything back.

Despite numerous follow-up attempts via calls and emails, we are still waiting for a response. Puma’s customer service has been nothing short of disappointing, and this experience has left a sour taste in my mouth. All I want is my refund, and after this ordeal, I’m staying away from this brand and store.

Can Puma have some honesty and provide the customer service they promise?
