Disappointed

I ordered on the 29th july 2024 didn’t recemt order called Puma they always dont answer of cause then i sent an email last week they said i will receive my order on that day they didn’t deliver reached out to them again no response even now on the 21st received an email around 6pm stating my order has been delivered to who i dont know because im still waiting for my order even now im so disappointed yet they took my money sent several emails no response i want my money back since they cant deliver but theres no where i can reach them
