Disappointed customer

Good day I am appalled by the service I received from Puma South Africa. My bad experience started about 2 weeks ago. When I made an enquiry about the 2022/2023 Borussia Dortmund home jersey. I was told it is available at the Springfield Durban branch. I asked assistance from the PUMA outlet in Fairlands walk JHB branch. They tried to place an order but to no success. I also tried to call the Durban Springfield branch till I was blue in the face, they don't answer. I called PUMA head office and they tried to transfer me to the area manager but to no avail. How hard can it be to order a soccer jersey. I'm on the verge of giving up. Hellopeter is my last resort I doubt they will answer me but it's worth a shot
