Disappointed at the service I received at the Puma Outlet in Moffett on Main Port Elizabeth 😕

On the 27th July 2021 had purchased a Puma sneakers and tracksuit top. 3 weeks later the shoe laser starts to rip and I went back to the store to show them. The store manager Lakisha showed no interest on the matter and I had to ask for her to be called as she was answering from her office not even coming out to attend to the matter she then finallu came and just told me sorry we do not sell shoe laser and we can't help you without a till slip. I then saw a guy that always assist me with my purchases and he also stood there and couldn't say anything to the manager. A colored guy tried to calm the situation by assuring that he will assist me but the only person to decide was Lakisha. Monday the guy called me to ask more questions and I gave him details of time of purchase and items I purchased and the difference I paid with my nedbank card it was 15:56 on the 27th of July 2021 and still they said they can't find the slip. I am extremely disappointed as Puma is the brand I love I don't wear any other brand.
