Customer sucks at Puma South Africa

I placed an order online. It was for pick up at Clicks at Dainfern Square.

their driver delivered it to our office. i would not be an issue but the cap is damaged

The cap is damaged,it has a dent so I would like to request a return and refund at the destination they delivered it. i can't take the cap to Clicks, it wasn't delivered there, they don't have proof of collection.
