Customer complaint

<p>Good morning! My name is nthabiseng. I bought sneackers at puma stoneridge on the 26/12/18 only to find that they have a factory fault I then went to the store and spoke to the manager she said I can bring them back. I took them back the following day she then said no i can't exchange them because your son has worn them already and she also said the regional manager will refuse to exchange them I then asked her for the headoffice number and i called them on wed and i spoke to some lady I forgot her name she said she has escalated the matter to the regional manager he will call me to date he has not callled. I'm very fustrated for such treatment. Can someone call me urgently and tell me what to do. ********** 823</p>
