A couple of days ago I wrote a complaint about PUMA South Africa and referred to the Springfield branch in Durban to be specific. Ever since I sent that review they did a 360 degree turn. I have been assisted and exceptionally so. I would like to thank Lindokuhle from the Springfield branch in Durban for taking the ownership and responsibility in dealing with my complain. Thank you Lindo for assisting me with a great attitude and beautiful energy. Thanks also to Mpho in Fairlands for trying to assist as you were the one that started on this journey and told me Durban has an XL jersey for Borussia Dortmund 2022/2023. Even though I don't have the jersey yet, it would be unfair of me to complain and then when given great service I keep quiet so hence I'm sending this review. Thank you PUMA South Africa
