Bad watch worse after sales service

A while ago, I bought a puma watch from the puma canal walk store. Not long after buying the watch, one of the free loops broke. I took my watch to Puma Canal Walk and they indicated that would be able to fix my watch, as my watch was still under guarantee.
When I received my watch back, I realized that the way my watch was fixed, was replacing the broken free loop with a similar free loop from another watch. A while later my watch strap also broke. I took my watch to the Puma Canal Walk store, and they indicated that fixing my watch would be pricy and time consuming as my watch would have to be sent to Johannesburg. They suggested that it would be best if I fixed my watch privately.
Again, about 3 weeks ago, I went to the Puma Atterbury Value Mart and requested assistance in getting my watch fixed. I was referred to the store manager, who indicated that he was not fami**** with the process of how to get my watch fixed and indicated that he would call me back.
As of typing this email, I still have not received any feedback. How sad, bad watch, worse after sale service.
