Bad service ever

In Aug 2024 I ordered the puma track pants online, received the order at Click stores. Unfortunately the size was small. I immediately logged on to return it the parcel . I am still waiting for the ref no. for the courier to collect it from clicks. I tried calling the Head office in CPT and JHB but it's just put on recorded voicemail. I am stuck with parcel for almost 6 months.
