Bad service

I was shopping at midlands mall Puma and I had a very horrible experience with the manager bashing me in front of my mother and worst of all it’s was my mom's birthday. When I came to buy my mom's gift my budget was very low and I had people who were at the store to help me out and I was able to buy those shoes that I wanted for my mom. With her nasty attitude when I came back with my mom to exchange the shoes because mom didn’t like plain colour, she was so rude to me to a point where I just switched off, honestly I was giving her a sign that enough already but she continued, I thought she was going to call and apologise I had to call and check if she did notice what she did there was not nice. All in all I never bought anything from puma I even told her that but I have so many gym wear that people buy for me from puma but her attitude makes me even hate the brand itself. I called and asked for the manager they said it’s her, I was so ****ed because the other customers that were in the store helped me out to buy the shoes if I were to ask her I don’t even think she was going to help me out in any way. To a point that I don’t even know her name she is wearing a tag written team
