Bad service and communication

On the 4th August 2020, I bought a jersey online. The next day I received a notification that my order was on its way. Everything was fine until on the 6th Aug I was sent email that my order was cancelled and I will be only refunded after 14 days. This was a gift for someone's birthday and I was highly disappointed by their service and communication from their support staff.

I wouldn't encourage anyone to purchase at puma south Africa. Not happy at all. Poor service.
