Bad service

I had such a bad experience at the Puma outlet in Fourways Crossing today. I bought a sneaker in July 2024 and immediately started tearing just after a month on purchase. Today I took the shoe back along with my proof of purchase and the lady at the till starts explaining about the 30 day exchange period. I told her I’m not exchanging I’m complaining. The lady called her manager to also came to assist me with such a bad attitude as if I am wrong to come complain about defective goods. I told her I still want the same shoe and the manager tells me what if it tears again, in disbelief I ask if she has had any complaints before and she said no.

I will never shop at that store again
