BAD SERVICE

I bought running shoes in July and already they are falling apart. This is the first time it has happened because all my sneakers are Puma. I contacted them via email *** on the 17th, till today no response. Yesterday i decided to call their number ***, it keeps on saying they are not available i should leave a voicemail and i did. No one called. I then called again and got hold of them, the lady was not interested. Sent them another email, nothing still. I've ordered about 20 pairs from these people and they don't care about their customers. I'm just not happy. I can't even log a return.
