BAD SERVICE

On the 01/12 I bought my son takkies online for Christmas my transaction was successful waited for 9 days from them and for delivery.than I recieved message from them stating that parcel is on the way but haven’t receive my parcel, I contacted them just to check why has my parcel been delivered i was informed that i will receive it the next day till today I haven’t received i urge my parcel be delivered immediately
