Bad service

Bad bad courier Pargo services, i go a confirmation text stating that my package has been delivered on Thursday, when i got to the pickup point there's no parcel, now i keep on getting reminders to go collect, can't get hold them on the phone call

I've logged a call via email still no feedback and for some reason my package has been returned to.the warehouse without my knowledge, so disappointed with Puma and Pargo, i should have opted for door to door delivery
