Bad quality sandals

Good morning<br> I bought a pair of white puma sandals on 16 December 2014 to take to Zanzibar for my honeymoon...I wore it for the week there and when I got back home the one day while I was wearing it the strap between the toes juts broke off...Just like that while I was walking. I find this very bad because I have always just warn puma. The quality is just not up to standard. I have send puma SA an email shortly after that happened but about 3 weeks later I haven't heard anything back! Very disappointed! I have all the photos to prove this.<br> I will think very carefully before buying puma product again!<br>
