Bad quality and customer service
I have been trying to contact puma for two works now. No answers at customer service, no one responds to my emails as I'm unable to book a return for shoes that I bought which R1200, and the finishing of the glue on the takkie is terrible this is second time I'm having to return a takkie to puma.
Quality is not very good.

09 Aug 2022, 06:14So... I have called Puma after my post here. A lady promised me that the matter has been escalated an that I would get a call back with feedback the same day. I have not received a call back from Puma at all... and I still cannot book a return online... how pathetic is this service...
