Bad Puma customer service 😡

We recently went to buy a pair of sneakers at the Woodmead store and could not find a size and the manager (Bongani) told us he will check other stores for the size we needed. Bongani found us a size but told us the store that has the sneaker we wanted is Braamfontein Puma. What I don’t understand and found insulting is that we had to drive all the way from Midrand to Braamfotein to buy the sneaker there instead of to being sent to the store that was close to us. I have supported the Puma brand but after this incident I feel they don’t care about the little people run come through their doors. I have had a similar incident with other brands but they quickly sorted me out, how difficult is it for a huge brand like Puma to just courier the sneaker to the store closer to me.
