PUMA AT RICHMOND

At Puma Station at Richmond branch we had the worst experience of service by standby manager on the 16 Feb 2020 as there was loadshedding from 4pm to 6pm,so we filled up diesel for R600 and paid with card but it didn't go through and we wanted to speak to the manager and he came so the petrol attent explain to him but he was not willing to listen to us as we told him we are willing to leave our card details for him to see debit the account as we were rushing to Durban but he was very difficult to a point where he was shouting at us and not empathising with us. We then went to nearest atm but no luck as there was no power so we waited for a whole hour and a half and he didn't care a bit, it was really frustrating as time was against us and the attendee was very patient with us trying to calm us down so I don't know how that guy manages people if he fails to do the least to calm customers
