Bad service

Wanted to inflate my tire could not operate on the new Pump whereby you suppose to punch numbers, then asked one of their consultant to help me. After sometime some1 came and punched the pressure then he told me to go and hold on the valve. Then the tire burst while I was holding the pump. Then they say it's my fault I should not have inflated the tire , but one of the petrol attended is the one who punched the numbers.
