Pulz Auto Diagnostics

I took my BMW E46 318i to this workshop, clearly explaining that the vehicle had a misfire on cylinder 2 and requested basic repairs to get the car running, including a minor service (spark plugs, coolant, engine oil change).

Unfortunately, my experience was incredibly disappointing:

When I collected the car, the misfire was still present.

The vehicle was dirty, and two tyres were flat.

There was no engine oil — I had to add four bottles myself.

The coolant had not been filled, and shortly after collecting the car, my expansion tank blew due to overheating.

I also had to replace the spark plugs again myself.

It was clear that the basic work I paid for was either not done at all or done poorly. Not only did this put me in a dangerous situation, but it also cost me more money and frustration in the days that followed.

This level of service is completely unacceptable. I am very disappointed and would not recommend this business to anyone, especially those who expect honest, quality automotive repairs.
