AVOID THEM!!!

Absolutely appalling the service we’ve received from them. Over 12 months late on an order and blamed it on COVID. They took orders at the University of Pretoria Onderstepoort campus for veterinary overalls in the beginning of February and were set to be delivered by the beginning of March. They instead did not deliver by the due date and to top it off, deliver it in May of 2021, 15 months later. They used COVID as an excuse for their failure to deliver when the due date for their order was before South Africa even had patient zero. When we tried to communicate, our messages and calls were dismissed or ignored. Otto and Angie, DO BETTER!
