Please cancel ur debit order on my account and refund my money. You delivered sim cards that had no network as a result I cancelled ur contract but you guys stil debiting me. Called ur guys on *** ( he promised me my refund) but has since blocked my number and rejects calls from other numbers, *** ( number from nuay) guy does not even knw what nupay is, *** ( has been on holiday number off), *** ( this account number) does not work. Can I please uhave my refund il not stop until i get it
