Bad service and *****

On the 26th June I received a call from good selling consultant, i subscribed for 30G nite and day for R399,00 plus R100.00 for courier or registration. I waited two weeks to get my parcel after contacting them. I confirmed payment through Debi check, after receiving a Sim card I waited for the call to guide me through registration until two weeks lapsed. They debited my funds without service provided.
