Worse rental agents I've ever dealt with
These are the worst rental agents you can ever use. Their complex buildings don't have body corporates and they take atleast 10 days to service a request, no matter how urgent. Every weekend they cut off water from the tenants without any notice or any warning. Their buildings in parklands are made with cheap material that age like milk and they have no regard for any of the basic human rights. We have been licing without lights for years on the corridors and the staira, people have fallen and injured themselves in one of their buildings called Libertas Mews but they still don't show any concern. Something should really be done

The complex is not a sectional title scheme and therefore no Body Corporate has been established. The maintenance and administration of the complex are carried out by the owner's managing agent.
According to our maintenance and repairs records, we note that you once reported a faulty heat pump, which was attended to and repaired the following day.
Neither the landlord, nor the managing agent, has ever terminated the water supply to the complex. The City of Cape Town has been working on the water pipes in the Parklands area over the last few weekends, which resulted in a decrease in water pressure to all properties. No notifications have been received from council in this regard.
Corridor bulbs are inspected and replaced where necessary every 2-3 months. We are currently in the process of replacing approximately 40 bulbs.
