Wifi problem
Pulse is a student accommodation which I stay in it, the service is very poor when coming to assisting students. We can't submit our assignments nor write our exam as their wifi doesn't work and it's been long since I've reported it and now it's end of October whereby I'm busy with my exams they always say they'll fix it but never will.

30 Oct 2020, 08:47Internet is still available, but has been throttled by the service provider under the FUP, as several students are abusing the wifi by live streaming and downloading peer-to-peer sites. Throttling was activated prematurely though and we have requested the service provider for urgent removal.
