Trick you into paying higher rent after signing lease and still your deposit-******!Warning people

These people are such ******* ,they ******* me into a lease saying that Rental is R6040 with packing ( and this is just +305sqm) and I will be billed for water as it is metered.After a month they decided that I have to pay for refuse and Sewerage an extra R500,imagine the nerve and I had specifically asked them before I signed if there are any extra costs and the said No..

I served a notice and left as I will not be ******* into paying amounts I did not agree on.I gave them their premises back on the 20th of August even though am suppose to leave on the 31st and there was nothing wrong with the premises as Tshiamo had told me to leave the blinds I had installed when I offered to take them out and now after a week of me following up on my deposite money Tshiamo send me an email saying they had removed them and the walls have holes ,these ******* they are now trying to ***** my deposit money.

They are very unprofessional and ***** I will advise everyone not to deal with them. And Apartments on Oak are very small and expensive and they are very noisy ,there will be a party the whole night without Tshiamo the caretaker not doing anything about it,I had no tag the whole time I was there the securities open for anyone ,so it is not safe at all.

Stay away from Pulse properties/Pulse Living ,they will ***** your money.I stayed at Apartments on Oak in Randburg.

I am now gonna get a lawyer involved to get back my deposit as I have everything on record.
