Pulseliving quickly money making scheme robbing tenants

Have stayed at Ascot complex for the past 5 years which was managed by Renico have never had such horrible experience that currently experiencing with pulseliving they took over as managing the complex sometimes in September 2024 my rental payments were always up to date until they started with stories that the month did pay during the time of Renico of which provide them with proof of payment the said payment didn’t go through but proof payment is there fast forward that I’m now owing R19000 the funny part the payment for Jan and Feb showing received of their statement but owing R19000 for past 4 month they deducted R4200 of which does even show the statement.
