<p>Pulse property is very very very ****ed up property in Pretoria. U have to pay for security R 200 for night security. And R200 day security water R330</p>
Could you please indicate which unit in Karino Flats you occupy, as our records do not reflect you as a tenant at this property. We tried to contact you on the number recorded in your complaint, but when dialling it, it gives a message that the number does not exist.
The security contribution per tenant is R200 per month. This is for 24 hour security.
The water is calculated on a participation quota basis, calculated on the actual municipal charge.
