I wish HelloPeter had an option of no star because Pulse Living does not even deserve one. So in 2023 I moved into an apartment (fourleaf estate PE) under Staylonger properties which their biggest mistake was to transfer us to the most *********** estate agent Pulse living. February this year I gave them a notice that I will exit the apartment end of march, just to get an acknowledgement of email receipt i had to follow up with them. When I moved into apartment there were damaged things that were noted that I will not be charged for ,I did my exit interview and there were minimal paint to be fixed, so I waited a month without getting my deposit back, I had to follow up , Thursday they deposited R900 with no explanation of how the distributed my R7500 deposit money , no invoice nothing, tried to their estate agent for breakdown that rude lady said she has nothing to say to us and wont even send us a copy of breakdown of how we got to R900 refund. I will be taking further steps against this estate agent, they are the worst and wouldnt even refer my worst enemy to them
