Pulse living does not keep promise on paying back deposited date, and close office for 4 weeks!!!!!

We moved out of a student flat beginning of November. We paid December rent. Out inspection was done with no faults, signed off. They promised to pay back deposit by 18 December. They did not pay the deposit back and upon communicating with them they are closed until 9 January. Pathetic service Potcheftroom
