Pulse Living are a ****! They’re ******!

I signed a contract with Real Housing Solutions in 2001, to become a home owner after 180 months. Which the written end date was 2015. So I have been paying this contract, and the agreement was that the water and lights account will be under my name from the municipality which also it hasn’t come to pass, and there was a mismanagement of this water and lights account according to the figures that I have on my side. In 2016 I have started to receive invoices from a company I do not know which is called Pulse Living, for which I signed a contract with Real Housing Solutions, and was soon liquidated, and suddenly I’m receiving accounts from Pulse Living claiming that I’m owing them,I started receiving invoices from them with huge amounts and with huge utility amounts, which their figures don’t correspond with the figures from the joburg municipality. I have been sending And sending numerous emails to Pulse Living requesting an itemized billing showing how they got to those amounts, firstly, I didn’t open a contract with Pulse, I have never signed an agreement with them. I signed under Real Housing Solutions Secondly, they’re sending me bills with unrealistic utility bills. Demanding money from me which even they can’t explain how they got to those amounts Thirdly, their call center agents are rude and unprofessional. And for the past 2/3 years I have been receiving threatening letters that I will be evicted from my house. This case is on going and I don’t seem to be getting a way through.

And I want everyone to know that Pulse Living are ******! Even they're invoices don’t have a logo with the joburg emblem on the top left. They should be dealt with legally and professionally. I haven’t received any reply’s from them! Ever
