Pulse Day light *******

I have been renting a place at Pluse for just over 3 years, after leaving the place in the same shape they gave it to me they decided to send me a message saying they found an issue with 1 wall and I need to pay 1200 I agreed cause I knew the fiber was installed and they had to drill. I then got a bill 3900 saying I needed to fix floors that were scratched when I moved in and cleaning that was done when I left paint for 2 walls. I logged a complaint with their finance department. they have been quiet for 3 months. Now I get an email saying I have been blacklisted by Pluse. they have note even rep**** to the last emails

Dear George

Apologies for the delayed response.

On the 31st of July 2023, you were given 20 business days to respond to our demand to pay the final lease charges, but failed to do so and it resulted in the blacklisting.

There was a charge of R2300 raised on your account for the sanding and polishing of marks on the wooden floors. As per your ingoing inspection report, it appears that the marks were present at time of taking occupation. The charge of R2300 will therefore be reversed. We apologise for this oversight.

A charge of R1200 was raised for painting 2 walls. You agreed to pay this charge.

A charge of R550 was a raised as a cleaning fee. In terms of your lease, a fee of R250 is payable, but as you left several items and ******* behind, the landlord had to pay a contractor to have it removed.

The other charges consist of the out-inspection fee and final water charges as stipulated in your lease.

The blacklisting has now been removed and a new 20 days' notice will be issued today.

Regards
Pulse Team
