Poor management of living style.

This company is controlling and managing flats in Riverside View. I have signed a lease on 2022 April and end 2023 March, I stayed and was never given a contract or lease reviewed. As I was staying and paying as month to month renting. I the informed them of vacating the unit, they then revert to the contract of 2021/2022 and now they want me to pay their cleaning services, painting and inspection fees, which they failed to do when I was moving out, meaning their inspection done on my absence. Recently they sent me a statement or +R7000. At point then when I moved in the paint was old, cleaning was not proper, and light were not all working, I did what I had to do and never had issues now they claim unnecessary fees which I will not pay. If there was choice of no star I was gonna rate them -000
