Ellue Heights

I am currently living in one of their student apartments and i am very upset at how they take things reluctantly, my kitchen has been leaking since 3 March and the plumber keeps opening and closing things but now the kitchen is flooded and i asked to then get a plumber who knows what he's doing then deduct it from rent because i have to put newspapers every night and the caretaker told me tha's not allowed i must let him do his job but he comes to the unit for 2 hours and keeps telling me he doesnt know what is wrong but i'm told to let him do his job. The unprofessionalism is beyond me because according to the caretaker it is fine for me to keep moping the kitchen all day and no remorse whatsoever if i have to go back to work i will have to find the whole kitchen full of water
