Don't take your hard earned money to Pulse Living

Horrible experience!!!! I live in Elmer's End Estate in Northriding. Days with no electricity, days without water but when rent is due they are the first send you threatening emails. No accountability, no empathy, nothing what so ever. Half the time there is no hot water due to a boiler room issue 70% of the. Now I am sitting with an issue of not being able to buy electricity because my rent that is in areas has been loaded on to my meter. And no where on the lease agreement did we sign for this.
