Bad service and very rude

I wish there was an option for NO STAR because they do not deserve a single star. I lived in Karino Nelspruit, and they took 2 months to refund deposit after a couple of fights over the phone with them. Their stuff in accounts in the East London office are very rude and disrespectful. My refund does not make sense, they deducted maintenance cost for things they promised to fix after I moved in and never fixed.
