Bad management

I have lived there for 3 yrs now and I would not recommend anyone to live there, there is a lady called Nthabiseng who manages the riversideview buildings who is so rude and blocks you on the company communication group if you give her the same energy. She is very eager also to tell you that you must report her to the manager and yes they will take her side and does not even say we APOLOGISE. The manager told me that she is the only point of contact while we told her that we dont want to talk to her, the building is old and is a mess and when u report that, they will treat you like you not paying anything. They dont even have automated responses when they not available, they will come back and bash you for contacting them after hours while you had a problem. So if the building collapsed and we ie, we have to report that during office hours, the building is not renovated and they dont care about the people living there at all. It has coackroach manifesting and ay I dont have words. Worst of them all. Imagine being blocked and you cant report the problems u encounter. They need to hire a new manager 🙄
