Bad customer service

Bad attitude and lack of respect from the Unit owner Tshepiso Aphane. We were 9 staying in a 2 bedroom unit in 506 Elim Building, 181 Johannes Ramokhoase, it didn't bother much because we students though it's overcrowding. We all were paying R1000 per month and R130 for electricity and cleaning material. To my surprise in March 2018 the unit owner took our electricity money and bought a stove for the flat without even notifying us, when asked about it she said I'm being disrespectful. Isn't the maintenance supposed to be done by the owner? On top of it we weren't suppose to use the geyser, the sink is not well functional, the basin is also skew and can fall anytime. The lift is forever not working, had to use stairs to fifth floor always. The main gate is forever not locked. And she has the audacity to say I'm being disrespectful just by asking a mere simple question. Other tenants did not have keys and she said they should buy their own keys. If that's how pulse living operates then it doesn't deserve business.
