Apartments on oak - or ****roach city with zero control over their trust account
I revived a letter of demand alleging I’m thousands in arrears yesterday. I pad the money into their trust account 18 day ago. They failed to manage their trust account properly and to recognise that I am actually in credit! The Estate agency Board will be contacted regarding this. Apartments on Oak is also infested with ****roaches - everyone in the building is affected. It’s costing a lot of money to protect the flat with daily poison that we spray - and still **** at least 6 ****roaches every day in the shower. Time to get the department of health involved?
