Apartments on Oak is an overpriced, smelly ****roach colony and rat ranch.

I lived there for a year.

For all the **** that you have to put up with literally - the smell coming up through the shower outlet.

People complain that their babies cannot sleep because the are covered in ****roaches.

The building is a badly converted office block owned and run by ********** from East London, alternatively, Stellenbosch. The ***** is in not disclosing to prospective tenants the true poor state of affairs and that the highest the rental should be is R3,000-00 all in for the best apartment.

Slumlords pretending to be men and women of integrity. They should be named and shamed - each one of them.
