Prize not received

<p>I won a prize ( R1000 takealot voucher)on Pulse it 11 august 2016,They also made contact with me that I will get my voucher,and received steps on how to order it,I did that and what was left was for them to send me the voucher. And recently I was contacted by a Jack van zyl saying he will send the voucher soon but its now 2 months since I won.</p>
