UNSATISFIED CUSTOMER

My name is Veenesh Singh. I've spent about R25 000 at Pulse on tiles and bathroom accessories.(Date of purchase...11/12/2021) One of the items was a Darwin oval white bath.1705 x80 x480mm....Price R5799 90.There were other cheaper baths that looked the same....accept with a duller shade of white and varied in size. I paid R1 000 for delivery and was disappointed as delivery was quite late... (delivery - 14/12/2021 - after 17:00).When I questioned the driver his response was that they were waiting for the bath as they did not have stock. A few days later, I measured the bath and realized that the specifications were wrong. ( 1680 × 80 mm) I phoned the salesman..Mr Ramesh Maharaj. His answer was that the bath was a few mm off. I watsapped him to inform him that he supp**** me with the wrong bath....I suspect that he gave me a cheaper bath at the same price of R 5799.90. He said that he would get back to me but to date he has not responded. NB. The company has a no refund policy and I would like a refund as I feel they were not honest with me. Many thanks.
