PULSE timber worst service ever

I ordered timber cut to sizes with Pulse and it took them 13days to have it ready. The worst is that i had to pay in FULL for the timber then wait for 13days and they still don't get the order right. Three pieces of timber NOT edged and doors no holes made for hinges. It is the worst service ever and will NEVER recommend them to anyone.

The best part of PULSE was dealing with Dominique who tried his best but management extremely dis-interested to provide customer service.
